Plans are priced per lab, not per user: one subscription covers your whole lab. Annual billing gives you two months free. Payment is handled by Stripe, and you can upgrade or change plans at any time from the in-app Billing page.
Yes. Every record belongs to your organization, every query is scoped to it, and an audit trail records who changed what and when. Role-based permissions control who can create, edit, or delete.
